Chiltern Telecom have a range of maintenance packages to suit your businesses exact requirements. Our primary aim is to offer peace of mind in the event of a complete system crash or line failure.

Our ‘standard’ cover will operate as follows:
Complete hardware cover available between Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm. Faults that result in a 50% or more system failure will receive a technical response within 4 working hours. All other system faults will receive a response within 8 working hours. For a bespoke Maintenance Contract that better suits the working hours of businesses requiring weekend or 24/7 cover can be provided upon application.

Access control is vast becoming more widely utilised for the control of staff or security measures within business premises. Chiltern Telecom can provide a quotation for PAXTON and VALCOM Intercom systems using a variety of access methods:
• Keypads – allowing access using a numeric code
• Proximity Tags – allowing access via a small fob passed in front of a reader
• Biometrics – fingerprint / eye readers
