We’re extremely happy to announce we have very recently completed another successful Samsung installation for one our loyal customers for over 10 years.

A local Hospice based in Hertfordshire who provides free specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life limiting illnesses from across North Hertfordshire.

At the same time, we aim to reduce their ongoing costs with us by installing SIPs, this allows them to make calls over their broadband connection, which means their local, national and mobile call charges are eradicated.

The inevitable transition to hosted VoIP

With the emergence of cloud services, being a VOIP provider for the last 10 years means that Chiltern Telecom have had a plethora of experience in implementing VoIP and cloud services for our new and existing customers.

Since the beginning of the year, we have successfully helped 30 + customers make the transition from traditional PBX to hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).

These include:

  1. A Leisure Centre based in Luton, where we successfully put in over 200 phones and installed a brand new door entry system.
  2. A software company in London recently made the transition to Hosted VoIP, where we completed the installation of 158 extensions.
  3. Not only are we a Telecoms and VOIP Provider, we also won the contract for door entry and access control for an international computer hardware company based in Hemel Hempstead.
